It’s the first of January in 2018. So Happy New Year, to all of you. I’ve spent New Years Eve with my girlfriend and two friends. It was a fun little party with raclette and poker (and some alcohol).
No, and that’s what this post is about. The headline is, a blank canvas, and that’s what 2018 is. The first day is almost over. If I would have set any resolutions, I would have failed miserable. We woke up at around 1 PM, drank some coffee and went to bed for another few hours. After waking up again, we ordered pizza, which was delicious by the way. After watching some TV my girlfriend felt the deep inner need for ice cream, so we got in the car and went to Mc Donalds and got some nice Mc Flurry.
But why I am telling you this? You don’t need a new year to start a new timeline for yourself, you can reboot at any given time.
Restart any time
I am telling you this right now, because you probably will feel screwed up the next few days, because you didn’t eat healthy, smoked, didn’t hit the gym three times a week or else and think you wasted the new year. But don’t wait until 2019 and waste time over and over again.
Every day gives you the chance to make it your new start. Every day is a blank canvas.
