LYF Reset
You've seen yourself at your best. You can't seem to live there.
You've had the days where everything worked. The clarity. The version of you who handled it. You know that person exists — because you've been him.
You just can't find your way back to him on a regular Tuesday.
LYF Reset — short for Lead Yourself First — is 90 days to close that gap.
The name is the method. Before you lead a team, a partner, a business, or a future, you lead yourself. That's not a slogan. It's the sequence. Everything else runs on it.
What you walk away with
After 90 days:
- You stick to what you say. To yourself, first.
- You trust yourself again.
- You deliver without giving yourself up to do it.
Not a transformation. A return.
Who this is for
Capable people whose lives look fine from the outside, and who privately know they're:
- tolerating things they shouldn't,
- avoiding things they should face,
- breaking promises to themselves they'd never break to anyone else.
You don't need to be in crisis. You need to be done waiting for the version of you that handles it.
Who this isn't for
People looking for hacks, motivation, or a guru.
This is not optimization. It's leading yourself first, and it asks something of you for ninety days.
If you want someone to push you, this isn't it. If you want a system that quietly rebuilds your trust in your own word, keep reading.
How it works
Ninety days. Four phases. Four daily non-negotiables.
The phases
- Days 1–14 — Find the real work. Most people pick the wrong thing first. We don't.
- Days 15–49 — Do the hard thing. This is where most quit. We don't.
- Days 50–75 — Make meaning of what's shifted.
- Days 76–90 — Close the loop. Set the next horizon.
Every day, four things
- Gratitude
- One honest journal entry
- One real action on the hard thing
- Movement — the kind you've been avoiding
That's it. Built to be done, not optimized.
What's included
- A diagnostic one-on-one before Day 1 — we find your real three areas, not the comfortable ones
- Three deep one-on-ones across the 90 days (start, mid, end)
- Weekly group calls — where drift gets caught early
- A daily prompt to your phone, every morning
- The full LYF method, in your own voice, by Day 90
When you drift (and you will)
Around week three or four, the momentum fades. Every program pretends that won't happen. It will, and this one is built for it, not around it.
- The daily prompt hits your phone every morning, so starting is never a decision you have to win.
- The weekly call is where drift gets named out loud, before a skipped day becomes a skipped week.
- The mid-program one-on-one is timed for the exact stretch where most people quit. That's not luck. It's when you'll most need someone who sees what you can't.
- And you stop measuring against where you want to be. You measure against where you started. The gap always feels infinite. The gain is real, and it's behind you.
The principle this runs on
You don't become someone new. You uncover who you already are.
Pilot cohort
€250 — three to ten people — starts in August
This is the first cohort. Smaller, closer, with direct access to me. The lower price is part of that. You're not just a participant, you're a co-builder of the next version, and I'll ask for your honest feedback the whole way through.
A note from me
This program exists because I needed it.
For years I knew what I was capable of and could not consistently access it. I avoided the dentist for almost a decade out of fear of judgment — not really about teeth, more about hiding. When I finally walked through that one wall, it changed how I show up every day. Most of the walls I'd been hitting turned out to be paint.
LYF Reset is what I built for myself, then refined to share. I'm not the guide standing outside this. I'm the most advanced participant.
If any of this sounds like you — the gap between your best and your default, the promises kept to everyone else first — let's talk.

This is a working draft — feedback welcome. What landed? What didn't? What sounded like every other coach?
