LYF 365

You've had the days where everything worked. The clarity. The version of you who handled it. You know that person exists, because you've been there.

LYF 365, short for Lead Yourself First, is a year. The first 90 days are the accelerator. The year after is where it stops being a program and becomes how you live.

The name is the method. Before you lead a team, a partner, a business, or a future, you lead yourself. That's not a slogan. It's the sequence. Everything else runs on it.

After 90 days you stick to what you say, to yourself first. You trust yourself again. You deliver without giving yourself up to do it.

After a year, those three stop being something you're working on. They're just how you operate.

Not a transformation. A return.

Capable people whose lives look fine from the outside, and who privately know they're:

• tolerating things they shouldn't,
• avoiding things they should face,
• breaking promises to themselves they'd never break to anyone else.

You don't need to be in crisis. You need to be done waiting for the version of you that handles it.

People looking for hacks, motivation, or a guru.

This is not optimization. It's leading yourself first, and it asks something of you for a whole year.

I'm not going to carry you. What you get is friction in the right places, so the right things stop needing a daily argument with yourself. If that's what you're after, keep reading.

365 days, and the first 90 are the accelerator.

The 90 days run as a cohort, with a fixed start date, four phases and four daily non-negotiables. That part has its own page: The LYF Accelerator, starting 1 January 2027.

Then the year that decides whether any of it held. That stretch is LYF Plus. The daily four stay, the prompts widen out because you're no longer in a sprint, and the Sunday call keeps running. You move into the main Plus call, where everyone from your cohort who keeps going is still in the room.

This is the part most programs leave out. It's also the part where a good 90 days either becomes your life or turns into a story about that one time you did a program.

LYF Membership, €365 a year. A euro a day, and you run the year on your own.

The Accelerator, €500 for the 90 days. The 1 January 2027 cohort, twelve seats. This is where the thing gets built.

• A one-on-one with me before Day 1, where we find your real three areas, not the comfortable ones
• Your cohort's own Sunday call every week, one hour just for your group. Eleven people doing the same 90 days beside you, peers who get what you're carrying without the backstory

LYF Plus, €1,500 for the year. €1,000 for your first year if you came through the Accelerator. The year where it holds. You can also start straight with Plus, any time.

• The Sunday call every week, 52 of them, with everyone else in Plus
• A longer reflection session each quarter with the group
• My number all year, and I'll notice when you go quiet

The Accelerator plus your first Plus year cost the same as Plus on its own. That's on purpose. I'd rather you start in the 90 days.

No private sessions are included past the one before Day 1. You can text me, and the reflection happens on the call with the others. That isn't the cheap version. Hearing someone else name the thing you've been avoiding does work that no private hour with me can do.

Momentum goes somewhere around week three, and then again in month five when nobody is watching anymore. The 90 days are built for the first one. The second one is the whole reason Plus exists.

The daily prompt still arrives. The Sunday call still runs. And I can see when you’ve gone quiet — not what you wrote, your journal stays yours, just that it’s been a while. That's enough for me to reach out before a silent quit.

You also stop measuring against where you want to be, and measure against where you started. The gap always feels infinite. The gain is real, and it's behind you.

You don't become someone new. You uncover who you already are.

This program exists because I needed it.

For years I knew what I was capable of and could not consistently access it. I avoided the dentist for almost a decade out of fear of judgment. Not really about teeth, more about hiding. When I finally walked through that one wall, it changed how I show up every day. Most of the walls I'd been hitting turned out to be paint.

LYF is what I built for myself, then refined to share. I'm not the guide standing outside this. I'm the most advanced participant, and I'm doing the year with you.

For me it comes down to one thing. LYF 365 is the noise I need to stay on track. It's the friction I need to do the right things on autopilot.
