Here you can find some templates that I use. Originally they are all written in Markdown, but I have converted them to Google Docs for ease of use.

What do you expect from each other?

Most issues in interpersonal relationships are the result of unspoken expectations. It's not that hard to avoid.

I have created a template that you can copy and fill out together with your direct report, but also with your manager. Use it to regularly reflect on your relationship and check your expectations.
